Remembering Mother’s Love

Angelic Connections
Rukmini Krishnan brings on The Random thought Bistro a poem Angelic Connections

It is selfless, it is flawless, a mother’s love for her child

It is perennial, it is steady, a mother’s love for her child

None can question it , none can criticize such is the power a mother has

Yet there are times when she is cornered and turns into a helpless lass

For all that we say and all that we do, we need a mother’s love

For when we feel the road is untrue, we need a  mother’s love

For every step we take, and everywhere we tread, tis a mother’s care we yearn for

Yet there are times when she is cornered and she feels she is not cared for

She silently observes her child as she blooms and feels proud of her little ones

She says those silent prayers for them so that they can get lucky many times not once…

She looks for the angel in her children and always wishes the best for them

Yet there are times when she is cornered and she feels some others do have them….

It takes years to understand the care and concern of a mother

One who does it is sure to be the first in the world to conquer

Never let down a mother’s faith always live up to her expectation

Tis the least we could do for someone who is the reason of our creation….
